Jobs & Volunteer Opportunities

Our annual assessment is exceedingly low compared to other HOAs. Recently several boardmembers learned of an HOA community with fewer units and no pool or clubhouse charging $75 per month in HOA fees! The reason we are able to charge only $150 annually is because it is almost completely volunteer.  The only services we routinely hire out for are maintenance, because the board members do not have that skill set.  More volunteers are needed to assume roles on the Board of Directors and on committees.  The current positions are vacant on the Board: Vice President, and one Director position.  We also need owners to serve on the Architectural Review Committe, Welcome Committee and the Fine Assessment Committee.  The Board would love to welcome owners to form beautification and maintenance committees. We also have ad hoc committees and other roles throughout the year.  Our community is what we make it. Be a part of what happens here! We need you!
